These pictures don't do Serge Lichwa justice. He is a perfectionist with an amazing work ethic. I have used other contractors in the past and I have never actually enjoyed the process. He returns calls, is communicative, open to hearing opinions and eager to help. He goes out of his way to help when other contractors would not! I have referred Serge to every one of my friends!

It is very rare to find a good Craftsman when it come to Construction/Remodeling/Electrical etc. When we decided to do a major remodeling of our Master Bathroom and all House Electrical LED lighting including installation of few new Smart TV's We have been recommended by a friend to meet Serg Lichwa the owner of Luxus Construction Inc. This experience convince me that what ever I known about work Ethics/Timing/Quality and correct pricing,no one can "stand tall" next to Serg Lichwa!!! This young Man is creatively minded that can not be matched, he brings Light and Beauty to you Home (and heart) and if I can recommend anyone , SERG IS THE MAN for any Construction Job at any season...

I had water damage to my bathroom floor and hall closet, Serg gave me a very fair estimate. I was afraid that it was going to go way up once they started getting into the floor, but the cost stayed the same he never once tried to nickel and dime me like other contractors might which I thought was very honorable. My floors look amazing, the tile work is clean and even the paint match is perfect you cant tell there was any damage at all and now my bathroom looks 10 times better! Thanks Serg

I am an architectural and interior designer and often function as a contractor. I count on having a good team that I can trust and represent me well when they are sent to my various clients. I can only give the highest rating to Luxus Construction. They are smart and able to solve problems and roll with the inevitable problems that come up in construction. They clean up after themselves and the clients love them. What more can you ask for?

I am a landscape designer and worked with Serge Lichwa and his crew constructing the deck, fences, concrete, etc for a big job in Venice. He had already done an amazing job on the renovation of the house and the owner recommended I use him for my design build. I'm glad I took her advice. He and his team did excellent work, and they are a pleasure to work with. It's not easy finding people who really care about the quality of their work. Serge and his team definitely care. I will be working with him now as often as possible on future projects.
